One of my friends just got their (uber late)christmas gift! So I’m posting it and one of the extras. The reason for the square in the center was the gift was a frame. It actually came out pretty cool looking IRL.

Just wanted to show that I actually have been working on Overland, like I said. I did 3 short comics exploring Viktor and Ari’s relationship before the webcomic over the past 3 years but I just…never felt the need to post them. One reason is that they were done in Japanese and out of laziness I never really got to translating them, but another reason is that while I’m glad I did them, I always had a deep dissatisfaction with how they came out. Particularly the one I just finished (on the right). It’s OK, but the story was confusing and I really didn’t give myself enough time on the art. I’m really excited to start going to school in April so I can get these technical skills I’m lacking down! Then maybe, finally I can draw Overland at least somewhat closer to the way it should be drawn.
